I’m Misty Lopez, a proud first-generation Mexican-American passionate about creativity, connection, and making a difference.
A digital strategist and storyteller, I have a deep respect for places, people, and thoughtful communication. For nearly a decade, I’ve worked with teams across the U.S., Latin America, and Africa — helping brands and communities clarify their message and build systems that speak with intention.
My work lives at the intersection of creativity and strategy, guided by empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to contributing something steady in a quite chaotic world. Since 2020, I’ve worked remotely with teams across various time zones — an experience that’s strengthened my communication with team members, adaptability, and self-leadership.
When I’m not on my laptop, I’m usually outside — hiking volcanoes, paddleboarding across lakes, or running trails near home. The outdoors teaches me how to stay grounded and reminds me to have fun!
When I’m not working, I lead and organize local outdoor adventures for a women’s group I founded, "Las Pavas"—an initiative rooted in connection, movement, and a deep respect for our planet. I partner with local agencies like cafés and small travel companies, to create monthly nature-based experiences that are uplifting, community-centered, and thoughtfully accessible across income levels.
